Preheat the oven to 430F. Poke a few holes in the sweet potato skin using a fork. Place sweet potatoes on a lined baking sheet and bake for about an hour. When ready, the potatoes should feel soft inside
Add cauliflower to the frying pan with a splash of water. Cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes, until the cauliflower softens and the water cooks off.
In the meantime, mix flour, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add cooked cauliflower and toss it around to make sure it is evenly coated.
Heat the oil in the frying pan. Add onions and cook them for 2-3 minutes before adding flour-coated cauliflower.
After cooking everything for about 5-7 minutes, add the hot sauce, tossing everything together
Once sweet potatoes are ready, make a slit down the middle and load it with cauliflower.
Leftover flour mixture can be used for other dishes, e.g. if you need to thicken soup or gravy.
