It was the one thing I thought I had given up forever when I became vegan.
Melty-gooey brie cheese with figs and walnuts, spread on delicately salted crackers. It was a decadent and satisfying after-work snack. And, I’ve never been able to find a substitute.

Surprisingly…it’s pretty delicious. I highly recommending briefly warming this cheeze in the oven or microwave…I also think this would be really tasty with some warm fruit compote over the top, such as warmed raspberries and blueberries. The possibilities are pretty endless!
