Dorm Room Recipe: Open-Faced PB&A Sandwich

Good as breakfast or a snack, this is one of the dishes that Rachael prepares in her dorm.

Open-Faced PB&A Sandwiches

  • 1 slice, gluten-free bread
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp., peanut butter
  • Agave nectar
  • Handful of chopped dates


Using a knife, spread peanut butter on bread. Drizzle agave nectar on top, and sprinkle with a handful of chopped dates.
