Cranberry Apple Spice Cake

Today, I’m really excited to bring you the first in a series of regular recipe posts from Toronto-based vegan blogger Ruth Richardson. Cauliflower Soup


I, too, couldn’t believe it when I didn’t see potato, soy milk, or some other kind of “creamy” ingredient in this soup. It calls for six ingredients, primarily cauliflower, and a lot of water. Won’t this taste too much like, well…watery cauliflower?
